Mind-Your-Head.net was founded to support and sustain school leaders so that they can lead with confidence, resilience, empathy, and wisdom for the benefit of themselves, their teams, their staff and their community.

Mind Your Head works with school trusts, governors and leaders in two ways: providing both reflective supervision to help enhance wellbeing and effectiveness, and school improvement work to help raise and maintain outcomes.

Why Reflective Supervision Matters

Recent research has shown repeatedly that supervision for school leaders matters. Althought the findings are worrying, two things they demonstrate is that leaders experiencing these challenges are not alone, and that support can help.

Teachers have 54% life satisfaction compared to 72% for the population.
